• I believe Klara's approach to the body, nervous system and emotions is the missing key in many therapeutic work of trauma. Besides her immense knowledge and experience of yogic science, the nervous system and emotional anatomy, what I found unique about Klara is her ability to stay absolutely present with what I was experiencing and meet me there.

    I've had private sessions with Klara for about two years now, both reflexology and VITA coaching sessions.

    In my personal experience I would not have been able to proceed with any kind of therapy if I hadn't had sessions with Klara. Using yogic tools combined with her knowledge of trauma and the nervous system she first taught me how to return my body back to relaxed state after triggers which is essential in order to continue any kind of therapy.

    Absolutely priceless and has been the groundwork for everything that has followed.

    You can very well feel that Klara isn't merely teaching this work but that she indeed is a living example of it.

    I had my doubts about the reflexology sessions before trying it. (I am a medical student and it did not make any sense to me how it could possibly work). But even the first session touched so profoundly upon the trauma I had stored in my body that it left me absolutely puzzled yet amazed. Things I had not even talked about with her came up during our sessions, through my body. After few sessions of reflexology with Klara I started to sleep throughout the night for the first time in years. My body started to let go and relax by itself during those sessions.

    Her VITA coaching sessions have allowed me to touch upon subjects in a different way. The traditional talk therapy could only bring me to a certain point in my experience but Klaras work allows me to go deeper and really embody the change of perspective towards myself and my story. I think the only way I can describe it is that her sessions are very broad because of her knowledge being from so many sources, and being so, it incorporates a wide spectrum of approaches to the inner work being done.   

    I am extremely grateful for having found Klara and her work and I can sincerely say I wouldn't be in the place I am today without her work.     

    I had been under the care of western medicine for 2 years trying to manage my state with little to no change when I had my first session with Klara. Already burned out, unable to contribute to society in any way as I was in no control over my symptoms of PTSD.

    After only few sessions with Klara I saw a dramatic change in the quality of my life.

    Today I am happily studying medicine, working, teaching yoga. Gratefully in charge of my own life.   

    If you know the saying, "teach the man how to fish", Klara teaches it so well, that I believe her students/clients automatically transmit the knowledge forward by being embodied in it.

    I always recommend Klara to any person struggling with trauma.

  • The Hatha Yoga course moved me in every sense of that expression. It has made my practise safer, deeper and more disciplined. By the end of it I felt as if I was tuning my body like an instrument and the philosophy became accessible to the mind as well. I kept - and keep - thanking myself for joining. 

    Klara is a true teacher that teaches in-detail and depth. Her level of commitment and passion is felt and it created an environment for growth. The syllabus was well thought out and online classes were of great quality.
